Catherine is the Director, US Specialty Care Community Health Lead at Pfizer, where she continues her efforts to improve community health outcomes. Previously, she served as the Director of Network Development at Healthify, collaborating with healthcare and community-based organizations to address social determinants of health.Prior to her career transition to healthcare systems change, she worked in food access for several years. In her position as Project Manager for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH), she helped launch the Pharmacy to Farm Prescriptions Program, which provides nutrition incentives to low-income individuals with hypertension. She has also worked in program management at various nonprofit organizations, including Wholesome Wave and Share Our Strength. 

Catherine holds an MPH in Nutrition from New York University and a BA in Communications and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is also a certified chef. She loves farmers markets, independent bookstores, gardening, and travel.
